I have loved my training journey with Lotta! She takes into account imbalances in your body and designs a program that is creative, stimulating, and simultaneously stretches what needs to be stretched and strengthens what needs to be strengthened. Since working with her, I feel stronger, which is great. What is most valuable, however, is that my neck and back issues have definitely lessened. Highly recommend for training in PV.

Ryan has been an incredible trainer/coach since day one. We’ve been working together for a few months now, and the change I’ve seen in my chronic pain has been remarkable! After suffering nerve damage, I have spent 6+ years trying different therapies & treatments to relieve my pain that left me bed ridden for days on end. Ryan’s incredible knowledge, understanding, and compassion has been exactly what I needed to move towards a pain free life. He knows exactly how much to push you and when it's becoming too much. Of all the people I have worked with over the last 6 years, I would say without a doubt that Ryan has been the most knowledgable and caring individual of them all. Super thorough assessment done, measurements taken, equipment aquired, and training has begun! I chose to end the year in better shape than I began it. As an amputee I have developed areas of overcompensation and weakness. Ryan of Kingsbury Coaching didn’t skip a beat! I’m super picky who I allow to train me because most trainers try to lump me in with what they do for most people. That just doesn’t work. And I end up hurt. Today was day two and I’m already seeing results. He is also very knowledgeable in nutrition. Wherever you’re at with your health and fitness in this moment is a perfect place to start if you’re looking for improvement.

I was working with Ryan for 3 months while in PV and really enjoyed my time and was in great shape!! Highly recommend him! Will be working with him again when I'm back. I work on the computer all day and he really helped with my back and curvature in my neck. I'm still doing some of the exercises he recommended.

Ryan's a great coach! He helped me become more aware of my body. I feel more confident and corporeally in touch. I feel less likely to hurt myself in day to day activities. For the last year and a half I have been dealing with extreme pain and discomfort from calcium deposits on the back tendon of my shoulder which turned into frozen shoulder. Lotta and Ryan were very helpful providing me with stretches and other strengthening exercises to help get me through this awful condition. They took their time walking me through each exercise and even recorded a video of all of them which made it so much easier to follow once I was doing it on my own. The best part is that if there’s a movement or exercise I wasn’t able to do, or that hurt me, they provided other options that were easier, and less painful. Lotta and Ryan are very attentive and continue to follow up with me to make sure I’m doing okay and sticking to the routine. I highly recommend either of them if you’re looking for help with injury recovery.


When it comes to my body transformation, I have big goals and a huge “obstacle“ - at least for most coaches. I am an amputee which has created a lot of imbalances and issues throughout my body. When I approached Lotta about training me she had watched me in her yoga classes and had a really good idea of some of the weaknesses and strengths of my capabilities. We did a very thorough intake and assessment of my body. I was super impressed with The outcome. The workouts that she and Ryan Kingsbury, of Kingsbury coaching, designed for me have transformed my body in ways that still surprise me. Lotta is superb at modifying workouts in process according to what’s going on with the body that day. And wow, can she come up with some intense exercises! LOL Even though I am a 2016 Paralympic archer and have had great trainers, I don’t think I have ever been trained with such a keen eye for preventing injury, and working within my specific boundaries to maximize body alignment, balance strength, and functional movement. Whatever your goals are, I can confidently say Lotta is a phenomenal trainer! I am now starting specific yoga training with her too!

Working with Lotta has been a pleasure! Since I found yoga with Lotta, I feel so much more connected with my body. Her yoga flow is perfect everytime. Exactly what I need at the moment. Lotta is very consciousness about her teachings. I too have had a broken back, spondylolithesis, and the movements I do with yoga facilitate with pain that comes up. Lotta has been very helpful in designing a specific program for me as I have a variety of physical problems with my body. She’s extremely professional and well trained in creating such a program. You can tell that she loves what she does and cares very much about her clients. She includes guided meditation and that is one of my favorite parts of our time together. We absolutely love Lotta's classes, all of them !! The outside yoga at the stadium and the beach yoga are fab! She is not pricey which we appreciate greatly as it fits our budget. The Tuesday and Saturday stadium yoga 9am are donation base, the beach yoga (Monday 5:30pm) and the stadium yoga (Thursday 5:30pm) are 100p per person. I first met Ryan through a yoga class he was offering online. After the class, we got talking about injuries & I mentioned my torn labrum. We talked through the issues I was having & he even took the time to show me, through an interactive program, how the shoulder functions & specifically where my problem was taking place. He then put together a rehabilitation exercise program for me to use, including video demonstrations. He regularly communicated with me, via email & zoom calls to see if I had any questions, needed assistance, etc. What I appreciate is that he took the time to explain how the shoulder works & why I was having these problems versus just telling me what to do. The video demos were SUPER helpful so I could ensure that I was performing the exercises correctly.
